Senior Playworker (Responsible Individual/Manager) & Deputy Playworker

Dwylo Hapus is seeking a committed and experienced Responsible Individual/Manager and Deputy Playworker to lead its inclusive holiday club provision.
The aim of the role is to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care, while creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for children with Autism (ASD) and a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
The successful candidate will:
- play a key role in developing a stimulating and flexible play environment for children aged five to fifteen
- oversee effective day to day management of the setting management
- ensuru compliance with National Minimum Standards (NMS) for Regulated Childcare in Wales.
Essential requirements include:
- a level 3 qualification in playwork
- proven experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- previous leadership or management experience in childcare/playwork settings.
