Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity helping the children that need it most across the UK. It exists to help disadvantaged children and young people up to and including the age of 18 who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional support needs.
As part of its impact grant for groups, Cash for Kids is offering up to £3,000 to charities (with turnover less than £1million), schools, community associations and grassroots organisations (with constitution/formal governance documents and safeguarding policy).
The fund’s priorities are poverty, mental health and wellbeing, sport and physical wellbeing, disability and life-limiting illness, education and essential skills, and diversity and inclusion.
Examples of what can be funded through the group impact grant include:
- Sensory room and equipment
- After school activity clubs
- Outdoor and indoor play equipment
- Trikes, wheelchairs and buggies.
