Training Officer

Location: Cardiff – agile working from home or in the office
Hours: 28 hours per week – term time only
Salary: £21,536.28 per annum (FTE £35,893.80)

Children in Wales is recruiting a Training Officer who will be responsible for the development and delivery of effective, high-quality training. This will include safeguarding training for professionals working with babies, children and young people in Wales and other children’s sector related content.
The Training Officer will work within a team and proactively seek new opportunities to develop the training programme further and ensure that its contents reflect the strategic objectives of Children in Wales in relation to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), and relevant legislation.
Training will take place virtually online or face to face at venues throughout Wales.
