The Barbara Ward Children’s Foundation (BWCF) provides grants to small, non-religious charities who support severely disadvantaged children. Organisations can be based anywhere in the world, particularly where the grants are likely to make a real difference.
To be eligible, organisations must be registered charities. BWCF focuses its support on children’s charities that are not funded by statutory bodies. Funding must be put to good use, and administration costs should be kept to a minimum.
Applications should be made in writing, detailing the specific purpose for which the grant is requested.
