Children in Wales has relaunched the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Children (APPG). The group provides opportunities for Welsh Members of the UK Parliament and Peers to join together to pursue topics of interest that relate to babies, children and young people in Wales, including children’s rights.
The APPG is chaired by Gill German MP and is open to members of House of Commons and the House of Lords, regardless of their political party. It enables politicians to engage with experts and organisations outside of Parliament who can provide specialist knowledge to inform on issues of concern relating children, young people and families in Wales.
