Level 2 Certificate in Playwork: Principles into Practice (P3) – Cardiff and online

The Level 2 Certificate in Playwork: Principles into Practice (P3) qualification builds on the knowledge gained in the Level 2 Award in Playwork Practice (L2APP) and supports you to expand your knowledge and skills.

Completing L2APP is an entry requirement for the Level 2 P3 Certificate. Once achieved this course will qualify you to work in all playwork settings at level 2.

The course will alternate between face to face in Llanishen, Cardiff and online, on the following dates and times:

• 12 October 2024, 10.00am to 3.00pm, face to face
• 14 November 2024, 6.30pm to 8.00pm, online
• 30 November 2024, 10.00am to 3.00pm, face to face
• 05 December 2024, 6.30pm to 8.00pm, online
• 16 January 2025, 6.30pm to 8.00pm, online
• 25 January 2025, 10.00am to 3.00pm, face to face
• 6 February 2025, 6.30pm to 8.00pm, online
• 22 February 2025, 10.00am to 3.00pm, face to face
• 13 March 2025, 6.30pm to 8.00pm, online
• 29 March 2025, 10.00am to 3.00pm, face to face

Eligible participants must meet the following criteria:

• must hold a Level 2 Award in Playwork Practice certificate
• have a right to work and live in Wales
• be employed in a childcare or play setting
• be over the age of 18 years-old
• must not already be on a Welsh Government funded course.
