Play Scotland has launched a campaign to celebrate and raise awareness of the playwork profession.
The campaign seeks to highlight the significance of playwork in promoting children’s development, wellbeing, and the importance of play. Its goal is to get playworker and playwork added to the Cambridge dictionary by encouraging usage of the words online and in print.
The campaign is calling on playworkers and those with experience of playwork to share their stories, contribute blog articles and highlight work they have published.
