The Welsh Government has published guidance for registered childcare and play providers who want to employ people from overseas, including those who are refugees.
The guidance confirms that mandatory requirements such as enhanced DBS checks remain and offer clarity on necessary documentation and processes.
The guidance contains specific advice on supporting those arriving from Ukraine. However, the advice outlined, and the requirements stipulated apply to all refugees.
