Nominations are open for this year’s Children & Young People Now Awards, which includes a category for children’s play.
The Play Award will be presented to the initiative that has done the most to offer children and young people the opportunities to play freely, enjoy childhood and contribute to their social, emotional and physical development. The judges will look for work that has enabled children to follow their own ideas and interest, in their own way.
Other categories include:
- The Early Years Award
- Children and Young People’s Champion
- The Children and Young People’s Charity Award.
The Awards offer an opportunity to raise the profile of projects and initiatives to funders and the general public. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 23 November 2023.
Closing date for entries: 30 June 2023.
