Childcare providers need to create an account on the Childcare Offer for Wales national digital service prior to the autumn term of 2022. This is when all parents applying for Childcare Offer hours for January 2023 onwards will use the service.
The national digital service will replace previous systems used by local authorities, so that every authority, parent and childcare provider will use one single service.
