The Welsh Government wants to hear from childcare and playwork professionals about their experiences of working in the sector in Wales.
The research seeks to gain a better understanding of the workforce’s characteristics and provide an accurate picture of its size and demographics. Findings will inform policy in Wales, particularly supporting and developing the workforce now and over the next five years.
Alma Economics has been commissioned to carry out this research project. As part of this, they are inviting childcare and playwork practitioners as well as setting managers to share their views anonymously in a short survey (expected to take no longer than 10 minutes).
At the end of the survey, participants will have the option to express interest in taking part in an interview or a focus group to discuss your views and experiences in more detail.
