Our annual play conference will return this autumn for the first time since 2019, taking place in Cardiff on 23 November 2023.
The conference, A Ministerial Review of Play in Wales: what next? will focus on the next steps for making the recommendations of the review happen. It will provide a day of learning, inspiration and networking, and give delegates the opportunity to:
- Learn more about the review and the Welsh Government’s response
- Contribute to case study workshops which relate to the six themes identified in the review
- Hear about children’s views in relation to play satisfaction.
The conference is aimed at play sufficiency officers, childcare and playwork practitioners, local government elected members, and those involved in health, education, active travel, town and community planning.
An early bird delegate rate for both members in Wales and non-members outside of Wales is available until 30 September 2023.
