  • enable an appreciation of new ways of working for sustainable active critical change through anti-racist professional leadership
  • share peer to peer experiences through dialogue for community of practice development
  • enable leaders to develop/contribute to strategic plans aligned with Prof. Charlotte Williams’ report recommendations and Welsh Government Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan (ARWAP)
  • use and co-construct tools and resources to critically appraise and inform their own organisational culture
  • explore and develop racial literacy.

  • lead/engender safe and brave spaces within their organisations/professional practice through policy and practice reform
  • create materials, policy, and resources to support anti-racist professional practice and wellbeing
  • implement professional learning through in the context of their own work
